Radon Testing
Certified Radon Testing Services - The Confident Way
- 48-72 hour radon testing on-site
- Use passive radon spectrometry, accurate to +/- 20%
- Reporting is ased on World Health Organization (WHO) Handbook on Indoor Radon (2009) recommended guideline of 2.7pCi/L (100 Bq/cubic meters)
- EPA has an established guideline of 4.0 pCi/L, but we believe the WHO is more reliable and more widely tested
- Quarterly quality control on all radon monitors
- Report emailed within 1 business day of test’s end

- State of North Carolina WDIR Report for real estate transaction
- Certified Pest Inspector on-site for 45-60 minutes
- Full-color photographs of all findings
